Before joining First Financial Trust, he spent seven years at Marblehead Bank, where he held customer service and branch management roles before most recently serving as a deposit operations specialist. In his current role, Matthew supports trust account administration, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and account maintenance.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Eastern Nazarene College. He lives in Lynn with his wife. Outside of work, he is an avid record collector, lifelong drummer, and dedicated Red Sox fan.
