Salina was associated with Enterprise Bank for 25 years, most recently as Senior Vice President, Senior Manager, Wealth Management Operations and Administration, responsible for overseeing day-to-day investment operations. She has held several investment operations and management positions of increasing responsibility, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President at Enterprise Bank. 

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, and has held certifications as a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional, and Medallion Signature Guarantee – Enterprise Bank, Wealth Management.
