Protecting your privacy is important to First Financial Trust, N.A. and our employees. We want you to understand what information we collect and how we use it. In order to provide our clients with a broad range of financial products and services as effectively and conveniently as possible, we use technology to manage and maintain client information. The following policy serves as a standard for all First Financial Trust employees for collection, use, retention, and security of nonpublic personal information.

What Information We Collect

We may collect "nonpublic personal information" about you from the following sources:
  • Information we receive from you on applications or account forms;

"Nonpublic personal information" is personally identifiable financial information that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your account balance.

Client Benefits of Our Information Management Practices

In order to better serve you, we also may retain information about the types of products and services you purchase from us to learn about your financial needs and interests.

We will limit the use and collection of information about you to that which enables us to administer your business, provide superior service and offer opportunities that we think will be of interest to you.

We will use this information only in accordance with the principles set out in this Privacy Policy.

What Information We Share

We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences or transactions with you or your account (such as your name, address, telephone number and account balances) with our family of companies ("affiliates"). Our family of companies includes The Savings Bank, TSB Securities Group, and TSB Thibodeau Insurance Agency.

Our purpose is to offer you the array of financial products and services you need to accomplish your financial goals.

We do not share information on your creditworthiness, credit standing or credit capacity.

Third-Party Disclosure Restrictions

We also are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to "nonaffiliated third parties" (that is, third parties that are not members of our family of companies) in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose your nonpublic personal information about you to such third parties to assist us in servicing your account with us; to government entities in response to subpoenas. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to any other third parties, except as permitted by law.

Maintenance of Accurate Information

It is in the best interest of both you and First Financial Trust to maintain accurate records concerning your personal information. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information about you, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies to the extent that we are able to do so.

We are committed to the security of your financial and personal information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Ending of a Client Relationship

If you become a former or an inactive client, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
